I know I confessed this before, but I don’t cook. That doesn’t mean that I can’t appreciate good food. I’m constantly looking at magazines, recipe books and the internet for quick (sometimes health) meals. Sometimes, you just have to make something quick, so I decided to share some of our quick foods and some that I would love to try…
- Breakfast for dinner – This is one of our family favorites! Scramble up some eggs and make up a batch of fluffy pancakes and you’re set!
- Nachos – I can have nachos everyday. Corn chips, black beans and cheese – easy!
- Stir fry with brown rice – We normally make a huge amount of rice and use it for different things during different meals.
- Grilled cheese sandwiches – one of our family favorites.
